St Patrick’s College Positive Behaviour for Learning Policy is designed to help create an ethos and inclusive environment, in which effective learning and teaching can take place, where all can work in a spirit of mutual respect, allowing all students to achieve and where there is proper concern for the individual and the community. All students are subject to the College Behaviour Management Policy. When applying the policy all aspects of student needs are considered. Approaches to promoting positive behaviour should focus on restoring, repairing and protecting positive working relationships.
